WHAT IS EXECUTIVE OUTCOMES ?

 

Contrary to much speculation, rumour and misinformation, EO is a wholly-owned Australian company, established in 2010.

 

EO is made up of men and women who share a common vision - to ensure that EO remains the most effective company of its kind in the world.

 

The men of EO are primarily ex-Australian Defence Force, as well as Other Former National Defence Forces personal and ex-Police.

 

The criteria for prospective employees are that they must :

 

· have had military or police training;

· be an Australian citizen or have served in their home countries Military ;have been honorably discharged;

· have no criminal record or criminal investigation pending;

· be prepared to work outside of Australia;

· carry "no political baggage";

· be prepared to work in high-risk environments;

· remain loyal to the company and its clients;

 

The women in EO fulfil important roles such as personnel administrators, receptionists, typists, etc and are usually office-bound in Australia; however exceptions can be made.

 

Due to the mass "down-sizing" of the Armed Forces since the end of the cold war, EO is able to draw on a large, professional workforce and can call a large amount of men at very short notice.

 

Race or religion plays no role in the appointment of a prospective employee - the only consideration being "Can he or she do the job ?"
